If the consultation recommendation is for PT for a few weeks, is it necessary to go to the doctor first?

What are your thoughts on stuff like Aspercreme or Salonpas for dealing with occasional pain?

Is it better for us to request YOU for a consultation, as opposed to whichever location in your company is closer to us?

I've done all the recommended things, PT, stretching, E stim, Massage. This has been going on for years, just gotten worse. Most of the pain is in my Deltoid, numbness in fingers. Is there another step before surgery? I have an MRI scheduled, they are expecting it to be a tear.
